Steve Bugeja, as seen on Russell Howard’s Stand Up Central and heard on BBC Radio 4′s Fresh from the Fringe, brings his third solo show to Brighton.
When he was 19, Steve worked on a kids’ camp in America. He thought it would be a fun, relaxing summer, with plenty of time to drink, party and perhaps meet some girls. He was wrong.
This is the story of what happened at Round Lake Camp, Pennsylvania in the summer of 2010. This is a work in progress show, so Steve will still be testing which bits of the new show work and which bits don’t – come along and help him.
“Bugeja has an eye for comic detail that’s all his own” – The Guardian
“A polished hour of plentiful jokes and compelling storytelling” – The Scotsman
“Truly hilarious” – Edinburgh Festivals Magazine
“A work of substance that puts gags front and centre of a compelling narrative” – Chortle
“An uplifting treat” – Fest Mag
