“Always a place I go to when out for a drink in Brighton… also the huge Cerberus (3-headed dog) statue that hangs over the bar is just awesome :D.” METAL TRAVEL GUIDE
Brighton’s most exciting pub is the city’s friendliest rock/alternative bar, with a live venue upstairs. Our 60-seater Upper Lounge is the place to see great comedy and cabaret in an intimate environment, while late at weekends the dance floor opens up as our DJs and rock karaoke sessions take over.
Meanwhile, in the Main Bar you’ll find a pub that meets all your requirements, with a fantastic range of food and drink, open-air seating at the front and rear, a pool table and other games, our very special rock jukebox, and of course lovely bar staff.
With Brighton Fringe shows, Edinburgh Fringe previews, science seminars, film screenings and discussions adding to the entertainment, there’s something unusual for everyone here at the Caroline. We’re located opposite the recently renovated Level, with its green lawns and new skate park, and a short walk from Brighton station and the North Laine Shopping Area . We are also just a 1 min walk to London Rd and the newly refurbished Open Market.
